Mission Statement

The St. Louis Bertrand Knights of Columbus Council 10682 is a diverse group of Catholic men who pledge to embody the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.  It is our goal to have each Knight’s heart and mind attuned to greater love of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, both within the Church and within the family.  We are dedicated to the following five areas of service.

FAITH  --  As Knights our faith is our foundation.  We are committed to the Catholic Church’s growth and her good works by supporting religious outreach and promoting vocations.  This helps support the Church and strengthen our personal faith.

COMMUNITY -- We are committed to our communities by actively and financially supporting charities which promote respect for human life, including the mentally handicapped.  We are also committed to stewardship of God’s creation.  We are men of character and conviction who are driven by both faith and conscience to do truly meaningful works; for God and country.

FAMILY  -- As fathers, husbands, sons, and brothers, serving our families is not only part of what we do, it is who we are.  We realize strong families are the foundation of the St. Louis Bertrand parish, the Catholic Church and of society at large.  We are dedicated to the physical and spiritual security of our families.

YOUTH -- Helping today’s youth become tomorrow’s leaders is a primary focus of the Council.  This fortifies a strong sense of civic, patriotic and religious responsibility.

FELLOWSHIP --To be a Knight means to believe in each other as we believe in ourselves; realizing that by creating a strong, social, and supportive Council, we help create a stronger Order worldwide, and ensuring an even stronger future.
